II. Full 4-Step Assembly Manual

Step 1: The "U-Tray" Pipe Clearance

Measure your P-trap plumbing. Cut a 4" wide by 5" deep notch into the back of the upper tray. Use a jigsaw to round the interior corners of the notch to prevent snagging items.

Step 2: Slide Installation & Alignment

Install ball-bearing slides to the interior of the side supports. The lower slide should be 1/2" from the base; the upper slide should be 8" from the base. Use a spacer block to ensure both sides are perfectly level.

Step 3: Moisture-Proof Finishing

Under-sink areas are prone to leaks. Sand all components to 180 grit. Apply 3 coats of oil-based Polyurethane or a Kitchen/Bath grade enamel. Pay extra attention to the end-grain of the plywood.

Step 4: Finger Pulls & Final Install

Using a 1-1/4" hole saw or Forstner bit, drill a centered finger pull into the front panel of each drawer. This eliminates the need for protruding handles that could hit the cabinet door.
