Set miter saw to 30 degrees. Cut both ends of all four legs at parallel angles. Final point-to-point length should be 36". Pre-drill for carriage bolts to prevent splitting the grain.
Lay out the legs. Attach the 60" seat supports 12" from the ground. Level the support and secure with two carriage bolts per leg joint. Repeat for the second frame.
Lay 5 tabletop boards face down with a 1/4" gap. Screw the 2x4 cleats across the boards: outer cleats at 12" from ends, one centered. Ensure the assembly is square.
Flip the table upright. Attach leg assemblies to the cleats. Crucial: Install the diagonal brace from the center cleat to a seat support to lock the table and prevent swaying.
